Consistent Care Ltd is a forward-thinking social care provider based in England, specialising in high-quality residential and semi-independent accommodation for Looked After Children and Young People. We are committed to providing safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and young people transitioning into adulthood are fully supported with compassion and consistency, so that they can achieve their full potential, in homely and nurturing environments.
Our services are tailored to meet the complex and evolving needs of the children and young people we support. With 24-hour staffing and therapeutic support, we ensure that every individual in our care receives a personalised plan that promotes wellbeing, resilience, independence, and positive life outcomes, with a deeper focus and understanding of the Quality Standards and the key principles.
At Consistent Care Ltd, our aim is to deliver excellence in social care by providing services that are both child-centred and outcome-driven. We work in close partnership with local authorities, regulatory bodies (such as Ofsted), families, and a range of multi-agency professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.

Our Services
- Residential Children’s Homes (Ages 10–16)
- Regulated and inspected by Ofsted.
- 24-hour care and supervision in a homely, therapeutic setting.
- Tailored interventions for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
- Emphasis on safeguarding, emotional regulation, education, and personal growth.
- Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation (Ages 16-18)
We support young people between the ages of 16 – 18 who are:
- Looked-after children under the Children Act 1989
- Care leavers transitioning from foster or residential care
- Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC)
- Young people at risk of homelessness, exploitation, or social isolation
- Individuals requiring semi-independent accommodation as part of their pathway into adulthood.
