Who We Support
We support young people between the ages of 16 – 18 who are:
- Looked-after children under the Children Act 1989
- Care leavers transitioning from foster or residential care
- Unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC)
- Young people at risk of homelessness, exploitation, or social isolation
- Individuals requiring semi-independent accommodation as part of their pathway into adulthood

Steps & Actions to Achieve and Exceed Outcomes
- Holistic Assessments
- Comprehensive baseline assessments at admission to identify needs, risks, and goals.
- Development of personalised placement and care plans.
- Key Work & Therapeutic Support
- Regular key work sessions focusing on emotional health, behaviour management, and personal development.
- Access to therapeutic input where required (e.g., counselling, CAMHS referrals).
- Structured Daily Routines
- Consistent schedules to promote security, predictability, and responsibility.
- Encouragement of healthy sleep, diet, and hygiene habits.
- Education & EET Support
- Liaison with colleges, virtual heads, and training providers.
- Support with homework, enrolment, and attendance monitoring.
- Support with CV and cover letter writing, job search, interview preparations, and retaining jobs.
- Independent Living Skills Training
- Step-by-step guidance in budgeting, meal planning, tenancy awareness, and navigating adult services.
- Multi-Agency Coordination
- Regular care and placement planning reviews.
- Joint-working with professionals to monitor progress and respond to emerging needs.
- Robust Safeguarding Measures
- Ongoing risk assessments and safeguarding audits.
- Staff training in trauma-informed practice, de-escalation, and child protection.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Internal audits, supervision, and compliance monitoring.
