The home offers a warm and well-maintained environment comprising three fully furnished bedrooms and a range of shared communal spaces. These include a clean and modern bathroom and toilet, a spacious plan kitchen, a comfortable living room designed for relaxation and social engagement, a dining area, and a secure rear garden for outdoor use.

Every young person receives consistent one-to-one support from qualified and compassionate staff, available 24 hours a day, ensuring their journey into adulthood is supported with dignity, guidance, and genuine care.

We work in active partnership with local authorities, families, social workers, and multi-agency professionals to deliver measurable, regulated outcomes as set out in the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. From developing life skills to securing training, education, or employment, Eastwood House empowers young people to move forward with confidence, equipped for the responsibilities of independent living.
